We have worked at so many houses in Kew and Richmond and have great experience of the "rat runs" (not the car or the train commutes but the fury kind). Disappointingly, most of the rat sightings we have seen recently have actually been families of between 6 and 10 rats. We have been really successful at identifying points of entry, closing those off and removing whole families from people's homes.
